DGI may not be able to cancel or change orders already in process/ordered, en route, or delivered. We cannot cancel any order unless informed on the same day on which the order is placed.
If, for any reason, we had to cancel the order, the entire amount debited from your card account will be credited back to your card account within seven working days.
DGI offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts.
