DGI would make every effort to deliver your order as early as possible. In general, all your orders could be dispatched within 3 working days once the order has been received. We cannot guarantee the time of delivery on certain conditions like Force Majeure or incorrect address and beyond the delivery locations or other unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of DGI as mentioned below.
We have a policy that entitles our customers’ replacement of the product if the product is broken or damaged due to leakage at the time of delivery. DGI will replace the broken product at no extra cost. The customer should send the photo of the damaged product, immediately upon receipt of the product, to dheemaglobal@gmail.com to be eligible for a replacement.
